A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out of
the treasury from the state fund, general revenue, from the
balance of all general revenues remaining unappropriated for
the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two
thousand, to the division of forestry, account no. fund 3081,
fiscal year 2000, organization 0305, supplementing chapter
seven, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand
nine hundred ninety-nine, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That account no. fund 3081, fiscal year 2000, organization
0305, chapter seven, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, known as the budget bill, be
supplemented and amended by adding to such account, the following
new line item:

Establishment of a tree species nursery at Glenville center,
Glenville State College at Summersville, West Virginia, with a
dedicated purpose and mission to identify and introduce new
commercial forest crops for medicinal and food markets.

Any unexpended balance is hereby reappropriated for
expenditure during the fiscal year two thousand--two thousand one.
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for fiscal year two thousand--two
thousand one, by providing for a new item of appropriation for
establishment of a tree species nursery at Glenville center,
Glenville State College at Summersville, West Virginia, with a
dedicated purpose and mission to identify and introduce new
commercial forest crops for medicinal and food markets.
